Dr. Heather Brathwaite – CEO Ph.D., PMHNP-BC
With over 26 years of diverse experiences as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner in both outpatient and hospital settings, Heather Brathwaite is passionate about the provision of quality psychiatric care. Her clinical practice focuses on psychiatric evaluation, individualized treatment planning and administration, medication management, telemedicine visits, mobile psychiatric services, and outpatient care coordination for individuals with psychiatric illnesses and co-occurring disorders.
Graduating with a PhD in Nursing from Barry University in 2016, and MSN/APRN from Florida International University in 1996, Heather continues to stay current with industry trends, while educating future APRNs through her position as a lead faculty for Nursing at Miami Dade College. However, she has been in academia for the last 24 years, educating students at Nova University, Barry University and Florida International University.
Heather is a member of the Barbadian Nurses Association, The National Black Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau, and an academic adviser for Phi Beta Kappa. She continues to show her love for nursing through her efforts in Africa. She distributes nursing textbooks and supplies to The University of Ghana, Accra, the University of Ghana, Cape Coast, and The Pantang Nursing College.

Tiffany Taylor – Practice ManagerMS Psychology
With a background in psychology, and a dynamic skillset developed across industries, Tiffany Taylor serves Brayne Concepts Inc. with passion and patience as our Practice Manager. She is keen on ensuring client satisfaction and takes client suggestions seriously, to ensure our company’s strategy continues to align with providing excellent client-centered care.
Graduating with a M.S. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2013, and a B.S. in Psychology in 2010, she enjoys volunteer activities focused on suicide prevention, feeding the homeless, and child literacy improvement.
